As the Founder of Rononiti – Language & Leadership Consultancy, Shehzaad Shams is committed to advancing the transformative power of Eclectic Leadership across governments, organisations, and youth communities worldwide.
 

With over two decades of multilingual expertise, Shehzaad brings together deep experience as a language consultant, translator, voice actor, and leadership trainer—leveraging language as both a tool of diplomacy and a catalyst for social change.

Born and raised in Bangladesh, Shehzaad moved to India for his undergraduate studies in IT from the University of Delhi and later moved to the UK to complete his MBA in Strategic Management from the London Metropolitan University in 2006. Shehzaad is based in London. 

 

Shehzaad is an Operations & Project Management practitioner having executed various roles over 22 years as Chief Operating Officer, Head of Operations, Head of PMO in industries including gaming, gambling, charity & coaching/training. 

 

He speaks nine languages with varying levels of fluency and he has travelled to more than 50 countries for his transformational discovery which helped him conceptualise eventually the Eclectic Leadership framework, the newest addition to the leadership literature and practice. 

He is passionate about helping individuals and organisations harness the power of Eclectic Leadership to win hearts, minds, and markets.

Dr. Anupam Das

Dr. Anupam Das is an Associate Professor in Communication in the department of Humanities & Liberal Arts in Management at one of the most reputed Management Schools in India -  the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. 

 

He earned his Ph.D. in Linguistics with a minor in Information Science from Indiana University Bloomington, USA. He is an interdisciplinary educator and researcher with academic roots in Linguistics and a deep engagement with Business and Management across diverse cultural and professional landscapes.

 

His journey spans classrooms, corporate ecosystems, and scholarly forums—each shaping a nuanced understanding of how language, motivation, and context drive human development and organizational effectiveness.

Grounded in educational psychology, Anupam brings theoretical precision to his work in communication and digital learning environments. His insights into scaffolding and Self-Determination Theory inform both his academic critiques and his pedagogical practice. He has contributed to international journals, curriculum development, and seminars that bridge theory and practice.

With professional experiences that stretch from India to global platforms (primarily in the USA, Europe and Japan), Anupam blends analytical depth with pragmatic insight. His approach is collaborative and detail-oriented, underpinned by a commitment to improving conceptual clarity and fostering meaningful learning.

 

Whether mentoring students or engaging in scholarly and business discourse, he is driven by the belief that education, when thoughtfully designed, can transform individuals and communities alike.
