Her work focuses on clarity under pressure — helping organisations and senior decision-makers diagnose where authority, responsibility, and decision rights have drifted out of alignment, and stabilise direction without adding operational drag.
With more than 30 years spanning higher education, executive leadership, and board-level roles, Mornay has built and scaled institutions, led regulatory and strategic pivots, and supported leaders operating in high-stakes, multi-constraint environments. Her experience includes C-suite responsibility, organisational strategy, operations, and leadership capability development across South Africa and the UAE.
