Rononiti is a boutique leadership design lab & advisory specialising on the Eclectic Leadership Movement.
Eclectic Leadership Movement is the initiative facilitated by Rononiti and a worldwide alliance of organisations with a mission to create eclectic leaders like you who can lead us with clarity, through meaningful connections and for confluence of all human values.
Our vision is to diversify current leadership practices by
creating more space also for non-western, indigenous &
principle based leadership wisdom.
We work with accomplished individuals, visionary leaders, schools & universities, teams in business & politics.
The name Rononiti (রণনীতি, IPA: /ɾɔ.nɔ.ni.t̪i/) (raw-no-ni-ti) means “rules of war” in Bangla — a concept reimagined for our time where our struggle is against the miscommunications & the missed communications, the racism, discrimination and bias that we have in our societies and in our businesses. This struggle is against the misunderstandings of our own emotions and those of others. And this struggle is against the abuse of power that is plaguing our political systems.
Eclectic Leadership™ is a mindset, a model but more importantly it is a movement that starts from the dining rooms, then to the classrooms & finally to the boardrooms.
