Annual Global Eclectic Leadership Summit (AnGELS) 2026

Objectives

The 1st Annual Global Eclectic Leadership Summit (AnGELS) will aim to address a growing global leadership gap: the lack of clarity about self, skills, and service; the erosion of genuine human connection despite digital hyper-connectivity; and the fragmentation of leadership into narrow, dominant worldviews. The conference will challenge one-dimensional leadership thinking and will introduce a more integrated, human, and globally relevant understanding of leadership.

The conference will be convened by the Eclectic Leadership Movement—an alliance of individuals and organizations worldwide united by a shared mission to create Eclectic Leaders who will lead with improved clarity, connection, and confluence. The movement is quest for Improvement in leadership, grounded in four core domains: leadership development, applied linguistics, applied psychology, and political science. Together, these domains will provide a holistic lens through which leadership will be understood, practiced, and transformed.
