Co-Design Eclectic Leadership Get Together

Leadership has a problem.

Not a shortage of leaders — a shortage of clarity.

Clarity about self, about skills, and about the service leadership is actually meant to render.

Add to that the erosion of genuine human connection in an age of digital hyper-connectivity, and a tendency to reduce leadership to a handful of dominant, narrow worldviews — and you start to see the gap.

This get together exists to address that gap.

The Co-Design Eclectic Leadership get together is convened by the Eclectic Leadership Movement — an alliance of individuals and organisations united by a shared mission to develop leaders who lead with greater clarity, deeper connection, and genuine confluence of thought. ELM draws on four core domains — leadership development, applied linguistics, applied psychology, and political science — as a holistic lens through which leadership can be understood, practised, and transformed.
