Leadership Through Languages

A ground-breaking short course co-created with the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK).

In a world where leadership increasingly crosses borders, languages, and cultures, this course redefines what it means to lead in the 21st century.

"Leadership Through Languages" is a pioneering academic programme that blends the rigour of a top-tier management institute with the insight of language-based leadership development. Co-developed by Rononiti and the IIM Kozhikode, the course introduces an interdisciplinary framework for current and aspiring leaders.

Over a compact and impactful module, learners explore the overlaps between:
* Applied linguistics – understanding how language influences power, perception, and persuasion
* Leadership development – building a values-driven, communication-conscious leadership style
* Applied psychology and NLP – decoding behavioural patterns and enhancing influence through language
* Political science and governance – navigating policy, diplomacy, and narrative-building in multilingual societies

The course is especially suited for:
* Young professionals, public servants, and political aspirants
* MBA students interested in intercultural leadership
* Educators, development professionals, and NGO leaders working in multilingual contexts
* Anyone who wants to lead across languages, not just through translation, but transformation

This course positions language not as an accessory, but as an asset — a tool of leadership that builds inclusion, coherence, and credibility. Designed for online delivery, the first cohort is expected to launch in early 2026.

Join us in shaping a new generation of linguistically intelligent leaders. Stay tuned for enrolment updates and institutional partnerships.
