With an entrepreneurial DNA that defines strategic planning & decision-making, Ms. Pooja Shah has been steering MIDAS towards accelerated growth. She began her journey at the age of 13, managing six branches of her family-owned
Photo finishing business across Maharashtra, gaining first hand experience in family business expansion and succession planning. 

By the age of 21, Pooja became Dean of Student Activities at FLAME University, impacting over 5,000 students. She designed and executed The ELITE Leadership Program, a fully practical, hands-on program with no textbooks and no exams, to nurture future-ready leaders.

MIDAS & ENTREPRENEURIAL IMPACT

At MIDAS, Pooja has nurtured over 200 entrepreneurs and incubated more than 100 start-ups, creating a thriving ecosystem for practical learning. Her programs integrate succession planning and family business expansion modules, empowering students and business owners to build businesses with long-term impact. 

With a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Nottingham University, Pooja applies her global perspective to Indian businesses.

A serial entrepreneur and Personal Mastery coach, Pooja has designed Transcend, a masterclass that helps students connect with their real selves, environment, and emotions, propelling them to take charge of their personal and professional growth. Over 1,000 students have benefited from this transformative program.

Her leadership at MIDAS focuses on practical learning, real world exposure, and actionable insights, with no reliance on textbooks or exams, preparing students to thrive as entrepreneurs and leaders.

Ms. Pooja Shah has been a TEDx Speaker, and her story has been published in Eves Against Odds, highlighting her journey as a woman entrepreneur. She was also awarded Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 at the Bombay
Stock Exchange.
