Quazi M. Ahmed
Leadership Trainer, Executive Coach & Management Consultant, Bangladesh

Quazi M. Ahmed is an internationally respected leadership trainer, keynote speaker, executive coach, and management consultant with over 27 years of experience working with organizations, leaders, and professionals across Asia, Europe, and North America. He is the Founder & CEO of Global Center of Excellence, LLC, New York, USA), and the Founder & Managing Partner of Quazi Consultants, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Over the course of his career, Quazi has worked in 13 countries and positively impacted more than 100,000 professionals and entrepreneurs. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of Bangladesh’s modern training, facilitation, and leadership development landscape, and has delivered in-person programs and keynote engagements across Thailand, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, China, Denmark, Malaysia, India, and Nepal.

His corporate experience includes leading leadership development initiatives for global and regional organizations. Most recently, he worked for two consecutive years with PUMA, facilitating their International Leadership Program (ILP) across Southeast Asia. In recognition of his contribution to the profession, he received the Global Training and Development Leadership Award from HRD Congress in 2017.

​

Quazi holds the prestigious IFC-Certified Master Trainer credential from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, reflecting global standards of excellence in training design and delivery.

​

His academic journey spans Bangladesh, Japan, the United States, and Norway. Early in his career, he served as a full-time faculty member at North South University and later as adjunct faculty at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, and the Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) Department of BUET. He has also contributed as guest faculty at institutions including Business Denmark (IBSS), Asia e University, and Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

Beyond his professional work, Quazi actively contributes to the learning and leadership ecosystem. He founded the Bangladesh Organization for Learning & Development (BOLD), served as a chapter president of Junior Chamber International in Bangladesh, and advises the UK-based Eclectic Leadership Movement.

 

In the coming decade, he is committed to advancing human capital development globally, with a special focus on Bangladesh, through his upcoming nonprofit initiative, the Human Potential Foundation.
