Seda is a Jungian-oriented life and leadership coach, mentor, and wellbeing practitioner
working at the intersection of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and conscious
leadership. With a mindfulness-based and depth-psychology approach, she supports
individuals and leaders in navigating inner transformation, integrating shadow aspects, and
leading their lives as the heroes of their own journeys. Her work centers on clarity,
embodiment, and relational presence—helping people align who they are with how they lead
and live.

Her academic background is in Economics, and she began her professional career in the
headquarters of a bank, where she worked as a Documentary Specialist. This early
chapter grounded her in structure, systems thinking, and analytical rigor—an experience that
later became a strong foundation for her work with leaders and organizations. Following an
inner calling toward meaning-driven work, Seda consciously transformed her career path
into coaching, earning professional credentials with ICF and EMCC.

Based in London since 2021, she has been actively contributing to the coaching and
mentoring ecosystem as a volunteer mentor at Laamiga since 2022, supporting emerging
professionals through guidance, presence, and lived experience.

 

She served for three years as Chief Editor of Coach Magazine Global, shaping thought leadership content at the intersection of coaching, psychology, and conscious leadership. Seda continues to host the reflective interview series “5 O’Clock Tea Talks” on the Coach Magazine Global YouTube channel, now expanding the conversations to Spotify, creating accessible spaces for dialogue, insight, and collective learning.

Through her signature programs, including Journey to Self, Seda creates experiential and
reflective spaces where personal growth becomes a catalyst for collective impact. Her
collaboration with the Eclectic Leadership Community reflects a shared commitment to
cultivating leadership that is conscious, humane, and impactful—where inner awareness,
relational connection, and purposeful action meet in true confluence.
