Shehzaad helps people cut through that noise and lead with clarity, connection, and confluence. He is the founder of the Eclectic Leadership Movement, a global initiative dedicated to developing leaders who think broadly, act wisely, and build cultures where people can truly thrive.

The Eclectic Leadership approach blends insights from Linguistics, Psychology, Political Science, and leadership traditions drawn from pan-cultural, Indigenous, and faith-based sources—because the world’s diversity should be a leadership advantage, not an afterthought.

For over 22 years, he has worked across coaching, training, B2B SaaS, charity, iGaming, and gambling, leading complex operations and large-scale transformation programmes. He specialises in building and scaling Operations, PMO, and Delivery functions that improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and create the conditions for people to succeed. His work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, operational excellence, creative problem-solving, and data-driven leadership—balanced with empathy.

He has led operational strategies at Aesara Partners, Realistic Games, Pinnacle Sports, and IGT, driving measurable improvements across risk management, financial stability, communication, digital transformation, and inclusive culture building. Leaders bring him in when their organisations need structure without rigidity, pace without chaos, and progress without burnout.

His early work in human rights and international development shaped his understanding of how values and context influence leadership. As Digital Project Manager at Amnesty International and Business Consultant with Swisscontact Katalyst, he saw first-hand how language, culture, and policy shape outcomes—insights that now anchor the Eclectic Leadership Movement.

Fluent in English, French, Bangla, and Hindi, with additional proficiency in Spanish and Chinese, he brings a multicultural perspective that helps bridge ideas, people, and cultures.

Through Rononiti, the Leadership Design Lab & Advisory he founded in 2019, he advances the Eclectic Leadership Movement by supporting leaders and organisations to unlock clarity, strengthen connection, and create confluence across their teams and strategies.
