With over 22 years of experience across coaching, training, B2B SaaS, charity, iGaming, and gambling, he has led complex operations and transformation programmes, specialising in building and scaling Operations, PMO, and Delivery functions that improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and create the conditions for people to succeed; his work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, operational excellence, creative problem-solving, and data-driven leadership balanced with empathy.

He has led operational strategies across multiple organisations, driving measurable improvements in risk management, financial stability, communication, digital transformation, and inclusive culture building, and is often brought in when organisations need structure without rigidity, pace without chaos, and progress without burnout.

His early work in human rights and international development profoundly shaped his understanding of how values and context influence leadership; roles in international NGOs and development programmes exposed him first-hand to how language, culture, and policy shape outcomes—insights that now anchor the Eclectic Leadership Movement.

Fluent in English, French, Bangla, and Hindi, with additional proficiency in Spanish and Chinese, he brings a deeply multicultural perspective that bridges ideas, people, and cultures, and he is also a multilingual voice actor and translator.

Through Rononiti, the Leadership Design Lab & Advisory he founded in 2019, he advances the Eclectic Leadership Movement by supporting leaders and organisations to unlock clarity, strengthen connection, and create confluence across their teams and strategies.
