With a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction, specialising in Educational Leadership, Aiko has spent her career shaping transformative learning experiences.

 

She began her career in the United States, where she was recognised nationally as one of the top educators in after-school education, before moving into senior leadership roles in international organisations.

Her work spans designing and leading programmes for companies such as BetterUp, Ursula.ai, Chegg, and AllBright. She currently serves as Head of Client Solutions at an inclusive leadership consultancy, where she works with global organisations on embedding equity, inclusion, and cultural fluency into senior leadership development.

At Rononiti, Aiko supports the mission by advising on how to craft pathways that align outcomes with sharp learning design—whether in youth development or adult education.

 

Her methodology ensures that programmes not only spark curiosity but also measurable, proving impact through clear outcomes.
