Ozlem is an educator, writer, and founder who is passionate about blending language and global skills like literacy, empathy, critical thinking and communication into playful learning.

 

With a background in Comparative Literature and an MA in TEFL, she spent over a decade teaching across countries, training teachers, and designing story-based curricula. Her work focuses on making learning meaningful and engaging through stories, play, and blended environments that build language and future-ready skills.

 

She has authored children’s storybooks for young learners and trained teachers on these practices while merging technology with experiential learning.

At BlendIn, the company she co-founded, she continues to explore innovative ways to nurture empathy, creativity, and real-world skills through gamified story flows and interactive classroom experiences.

Ozlem is a Partner for the Eclectic Leadership Movement in Finland and her mission will be to help develop young leaders from early years with the help of our Eclectic Education programme which aims to build increased multilingualism, emotional & physical awareness and basic leadership skills in children so that they grow up ready to lead their families, communities, companies or even countries. ​
