
Dr. Quresh Moochhala
Regional Head, India & Middle East
Dr. Quresh Moochhala looks after Rononiti's regional strategy in India & Middle East including the issuing of Eclectic Leadership™ Practitioner licenses to coaches & trainers in the region. He is also responsible for spearheading the market & business development efforts including making critical decisions on customer acquisitions & relations, branding, advertisement & marketing.

Dr. Moochhala is an accomplished lecturer in Advertising, Branding, Geopolitics, Communication Skills, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Retail Management, and Marketing Research. He holds a GDBA (Global Doctor of Business Administration) from Geneva, Switzerland, and an MBA from London, United Kingdom. He completed his B.Com (Double majors) from Wollongong, Australia, and did his schooling in the cities of Dubai, Mumbai, and Muscat. His doctoral thesis, completed in March 2025, was India’s first detailed look at the reasons for Indian Gen Z piracy on OTT platforms.
He has worked for companies in the advertising, education, market research, and sales sectors in London, Mumbai, and Dubai. He runs his own private consultancy called Actionesque Consulting in Pune since 2018 and uses his work, travel, and living experiences across the globe to deliver a unique blend of examples in his consulting for corporates and in lecturing to post-graduate students over the last 17 years.
He has been a lecturer and visiting faculty at many institutes across India over the last two decades, including Symbiosis International University (SIBM, SIMS, SIIB), MIDAS School of Entrepreneurship, Lexicon (MILE), Sri Balaji University, and Mumbai University.
He has completed training by NFTE (USA) for entrepreneurship under I-Create Inc. He is a corporate trainer for some of the Fortune 500 companies, including in India for companies such as BPCL, Corning, Dentsu, John Deere, TATA, etc., in multiple areas such as Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Research Methods, Effective Communication, and Professional Development.
