Vjera Orbanic

Advisor, AI & Human Behaviour, UK

Vjera is a Partner at Ethical Intelligence, a global education and training company specialising in AI literacy for leaders, professionals and organisations. In this role, she advises on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, designs educational programmes, and works closely with a global community of Responsible AI practitioners. Her work focuses on ensuring that AI development and use remain grounded in human values, ethical leadership and long-term wellbeing. She is recognised for translating complex AI concepts into practical, human-centred insight for non-technical leaders and organisations.

Her career is defined by a deeply interdisciplinary and non-linear path, shaped by a lifelong fascination with human behaviour. She began as a physical performer, exploring the relationship between body, emotion and cognition, as well as psycho-physiology, neuroscience and psychosomatics. She holds a BA in Performing Arts from La Sapienza University of Rome and an MA in Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. This foundation continues to inform her nuanced understanding of how humans think, feel and act, both individually and collectively.

Building on this background, Vjera transitioned into coaching and leadership development, specialising in behavioural transformation, communication and leadership development. She has worked with thousands of individuals across sectors and cultures, including within global organisations such as Landmark Worldwide and FITBANKER. Her expertise spans transformational behavioural models, psycholinguistics, digital wellbeing and leadership in complex, technology-driven environments. This work naturally led her to explore technology as both a mirror and amplifier of human behaviour.

Vjera is the Co-Founder of The Coaching Body, a global platform for values-based leadership and conscious entrepreneurship, and previously chaired an external Ethics Board to support responsible technology development. She co-created one of the first frameworks integrating AI as a visible and ethical “third presence” in coaching, bridging psychology and emerging technology. Through consulting, speaking and framework design, she supports leaders and organisations to engage with AI consciously: cultivating awareness, critical thinking, empathy and responsibility. Her mission is to help shape a future in which AI supports human flourishing, rather than replaces it.
